ÉMULSION

The name "Emulsion" is to demonstrate the perfect blend of two ingredients, beer and fruit for a refreshing and unusual result.
The base of this beer is inspired by milkshake IPA, but without hops.
The goal was to give the beer a nice smoothness with the different grains, the lactose, as well as an incredible amount of fruit.
