What could be better than having fun with our friends at Sir John to create a tropical bomb. Pairing our 2 favorite hops, CITRA and MOSAIC with the product "Phantasm" which allows to release intense fruit aromas hidden in the malt and hops. While we were at it, we also used a new yeast, "Cosmic Punch" which was created precisely to work in harmony with the "Phantasm".

Aroma: Pineapple, Passion Fruit, Mango, Strawberry, Cotton Candy.

Taste: Big tropical fruit juice.
